Right to cancel (EU/EEA)
If you are ordering from the EU/EEA, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason. To do so, contact us through our Contact page before the 14 days are up.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging. To start a return, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and we'll send instructions. Please don't send items back before contacting us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
